Machine Operator/Technician

Working with a manufacturing and distribution company in the Pensacola area that is seeking qualified Machine Operators for 1st and 2nd Shift!!!

Description:

The candidate will be responsible for the following

In addition to providing maintenance, you may be called in to troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment to keep operations online and on schedule.

• Sets up, operates and cleans production equipment and work area per Standard Work and training

• Heavy machinery manufacturing and operation of designated and assigned equipment and machinery including but not limited to roll forming, press operation, milling, manufacturing fabrication, welding, cutting, routing, molding, extrusion, etc.

• Manufacture products and components according to product specifications, drawings, BOM's, work orders and / or run schedules.

• Produces product to quality, rate and scrap standards

• Completes required paperwork and labels, accurately and consistently

• Maintains work area in accordance with 5S principles

• Verify product specification and product quality through inspection, observation, and measuring work pieces.

• Adjust machine / equipment performance to meet product specifications and quality standards.

Schedule:

1st/2nd Shift, Monday - Thursday. Must be open to Friday work as needed!

6:00AM-4:30PM

3:30PM-1:30AM

Pay:

$17-19 hr. with opportunity for pay increases within first 6 months.
