Manpower is assisting a top manufacturer local to Hanover PA, that specialized in cutting edge fabrication solutions, in their search for Rewinder Operator and Flux Plant Operators!

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Hanover, PA

Pay Range: $26.78 - $27.63

Shift: 2nd and 3rd shifts available

What's the Job?

• Rewinder will be responsible for loading pay-off devices, butt welding and grinding wire, changing and maintaining dies and drawing lubricants, threading machines, making minor adjustments, tying and securing spools and cores properly, changing spool and coil adapters as required, together with the responsibility for properly identifying, packaging and palletizing by utilizing such stamps and/or labels and such equipment and materials as are necessary.

• The Press Operators will work together in cleaning and changing over the presses. Will change feeders, guide tubes, and extrusion dies for size required to meet production schedules. Must check the feeder and press for proper set-up. Will keep pots filled with flux at all times, change tapes, and adjust the brush and sander when necessary. On Electrode Lines, will monitor the flow of electrodes with the assistance of the electronic monitoring system.
