Position Summary: As a Machine Operator in our state-of-the-art manufacturing and assembly facility, you will play a key role in producing high-quality components. Your primary focus will be setting up and operating CNC milling machines and performing secondary machining operations. Your efforts will ensure timely delivery of top-notch products to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret specifications, prints, and job orders to perform required tasks.
Set up and operate CNC vertical mills, saws, and other machines.
Perform secondary machining tasks to create assembly-ready components.
Inspect materials, products, and equipment for defects or malfunctions.
Maintain quality standards to ensure all products meet specifications.
Comply with all safety and employee regulations.
Keep machines, equipment, and the shop clean and organized.
Apply 5S principles to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
One year of experience in CNC milling machine setup, operation, tooling, and machining parameters.
An associate's degree or equivalent experience/training.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting production drawings and shop floor instructions.
Strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
Initiative, high energy, and flexibility to contribute to a high-performance team.
Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with managers, customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Ability to talk or hear, frequently use hands or fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.
Occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms.
Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
Work environment noise level: usually low to moderate.

Pay Details: $24.00 to $30.00 per hour
