    Position Summary: As a Machine Operator in our state-of-the-art manufacturing and assembly facility, you will play a key role in producing high-quality components. Your primary focus will be setting up and operating CNC milling machines and performing secondary machining operations. Your efforts will ensure timely delivery of top-notch products to our valued customers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Interpret specifications, prints, and job orders to perform required tasks.

    • Set up and operate CNC vertical mills, saws, and other machines.

    • Perform secondary machining tasks to create assembly-ready components.

    • Inspect materials, products, and equipment for defects or malfunctions.

    • Maintain quality standards to ensure all products meet specifications.

    • Comply with all safety and employee regulations.

    • Keep machines, equipment, and the shop clean and organized.

    • Apply 5S principles to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

    • Perform additional duties as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • One year of experience in CNC milling machine setup, operation, tooling, and machining parameters.

    • An associate's degree or equivalent experience/training.

    • Proficiency in reading and interpreting production drawings and shop floor instructions.

    • Strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.

    • Initiative, high energy, and flexibility to contribute to a high-performance team.

    • Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with managers, customers, suppliers, and colleagues.

    Physical Demands and Work Environment:

    • Ability to talk or hear, frequently use hands or fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.

    • Occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms.

    • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

    • Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

    • Work environment noise level: usually low to moderate.

    Pay Details: $24.00 to $30.00 per hour
