Machine Helper

Our client, a leader in the paper converting industry is seeking a Machine Helper to join their team. As a Machine Helper, you will be part of the Packaging Department supporting operations. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical aptitude, production experience, and problemsolving skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Helper

Location: Little Chute, WI

Pay Range: $18 to $20 an hour

What's the Job?

• Assist machine operator with basic adjustments

• Pull full pallets of product from machine when complete

• Check quality of completed product to ensure quality product

• Operate a walk behind lift to bring completed product to finishing area

• Follows the Standard Operating Procedures to report any problems with the beginning or ending product

What's Needed?

• Production experience

• Mechanically Inclined

• Ability to commit to a full time schedule with minimal attendance infractions

• Quality Control
