This opportunity is intended for conversion to a full-time role that will not offer work authorization sponsorship in the future (full-time conversion pending performance evaluation post internship and available headcount). Join us for a 12-week paid summer internship designed to let you apply your classroom learnings to real world challenges. Our internships have a thoughtful balance of networking, executive speakers, community involvement, big meaty projects (no paper filing here!) and fun!

The Role:

The role leads projects, solves complex problems, and supports operational and strategic plans, demonstrating knowledge and experience in business and M&A integration.

• Executes and coordinates requirements, project and change management processes in M&A integration projects/deals
• Cultivates and manages both internal and external relationships to facilitate the effective management of scope and expectations.
• Participates in analytical studies, implementations, and process improvements by using comprehensive understanding of company and industry M&A landscape
• Solves challenging and complex problems with a fresh perspective, demonstrating good judgment in selecting creative solutions and managing projects independently.
• Leads moderate to high complexity projects, delivering professionally written reports, and supports the realization of operational and strategic plans.

• Currently enrolled in a four-year college and returning to school following the internship.
• Able to obtain work authorization in the United States in 2025, and not require sponsorship in the future.
• Work experience of at least 1-3 years in a corporate environment, preferably in business/data analytics, M&A or project management

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or any other related discipline

• • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Office365, Sharepoint, PowerPoint), data analytics / PM tools (e.g. Smartsheet, Power BI), and collaboration tools (e.g. Zoom, Teams),
  • Willingness to learn new applications, including AI-related apps as needed to support the organization.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Strong research, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Structured, detail oriented, resourceful, curious, problem solver and self-motivated.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to balance efficiency with collaboration/creativity to complete assignments.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 to $32.00 per hour (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
