  • Maxim Healthcare in Pensacola, FL is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes in Pensacola and Pace, FL.

    Case needs

    Location: Pensacola, FL

    Shift needs: Sat $ Sun days 7:00a-7:00p / 3-4 nights wk (rotating weekends) 7:00p-7:00a

    Skills: Pediatrics, G-Tube, Oxygen monitoring/administration via nasal cannula, CPT Vest, nonverbal.

    Pay: $32-34/hr

    Location: Pensacola, FL

    Shift needs: Sat & Sun days 9:30a-9:30p / Thurs 9:30p-6:15a, Fri & Sat 9:30p-9:30a

    Skills: Pediatrics, G-Tube, Seizure monitoring, Catheterization.

    Pay: $32-34/hr

    Location: Pace, FL

    Shift needs: 3-4 nights/week (rotating weekends) 6p-6a.

    Skills: Pediatrics, G-Tube, Tracheostomy, & Ventilator management (at night).

    Pay: $30-$32/hr

    Location: Pace, FL

    Shift needs: 3-4 days/week (rotating weekends) 6a-6p.

    Skills: Pediatrics, G-Tube, Tracheostomy management.

    Pay: $27-$30/hr

    Location: Pensacola, FL

    Shift needs: 3-4 nights/wk 8:00p-8:00a.

    Skills: Peds, G-Tube, CPT Vest, O2 monitoring.

    Pay: $30/hr - $32/hr

    Location: Pensacola, FL

    Shift needs: Mon, Tues $ e/o Sat days 7:30a-7:30p - Sat nights 7:30p-7:30a.

    Skills: Peds, G-Tube/Trach/Vent.

    Pay: $30-$32/hr

    Responsibilities:

    • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

    • On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders

    • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.

    • Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

    Qualifications:

    • Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.

    • Current TB or Chest X-Ray.

    • Current BLS card.

    • One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
