    We are seeking a dedicated LPN/CMA to join our compassionate Elder Care Team, working alongside RNs, Physicians, and other healthcare providers. In this vital role, you will provide essential non-patient-facing support to the team by:

    • Addressing patient inquiries via phone and MyChart

    • Coordinating communication with families regarding patient care

    • Preparing patient charts and documentation

    • Assisting with additional tasks as directed by the care team to ensure seamless patient care

    This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting the collaborative efforts of our experienced healthcare professionals, enhancing the overall care experience for our patients and their families.

    This position will work the following:

    • 40 hours/week

    • No Weekends

    • 8 Hour Shifts

    • Day Shift: 7:30AM - 5:00PM

    Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

    • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certified, or able to obtain within 3 months.

    • Completion of a Medical Assistant Program, with certification required within one year of hire (must pass certification within two attempts)
