LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

Salary:

Position Duties: Provide IV administration, med pass, wounds, assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to our program participants (age 55+). This includes responsibilities such as bathing/showering, toileting, dressing, meal prep, feeding, light cleaning, etc. Occasional hours in the community as needed.

Requirements:

• A valid PA LPN license - (graduate of accredited nursing school)
• Minimum of 1 year (12 months) of experience working with the frail or elderly population; preferably in long-term care, home healthcare, or community health
• Valid PA Driver’s license and reliable vehicle
