LPN - Full Time - Private Duty

Maxim Healthcare in Pensacola, FL is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes in Destin, Freeport, Mary Esther, and surrounding areas.

Case needs

Location: Destin, FL

Shift needs: Sun & Mon days 7a-7p / 3-4 nights/week (rotating weekends) 7p-7a.

Skills: Pediatrics, G-Tube, Trach, Oxygen monitoring/administration.

Pay: $35/hr

Location: Fort Walton Beach, FL

Shift needs: Mon-Fri 4pm-9pm & weekends 8a-8p .

Skills: Pediatrics, G-Tube, Quadriplegia.

Pay: $27-30/hr

Location: Mary Esther, FL

Shift needs: 3-4 days/week 8a-8p (rotating weekends) / 3-4 nights/week (rotating weekends) 8p-8a.

Skills: Pediatrics, G-Tube, Trach, Paraplegia.

Pay: $27-30/hr

Location: Freeport, FL

Shift needs: Saturday & Sunday days/week 7a-7p (rotating weekends) / 3-4 nights/week (rotating weekends) 7p-7a.

Skills: Pediatrics, G-Tube, Tracheostomy, & Ventilator management.

Pay: $34-$35/hr

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders

• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.

• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.

• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.

• Current BLS card.

• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
