LPN - 1.1 private duty - Enfield NH

Maxim Healthcare in Bedford NH is eager to match a talented and empathetic LPN with an pediatric patient for a 1:1 private duty nursing opportunity. Our cases provide wonderful and stable working environments where an LPN can utilize their skills and focus on one patient.

We offer in person training and skills advancement as well as no required holidays.

Location- Enfield NH

DX- cerebral palsy, epilepsy

Hours- Thursday and Friday, 7:45am Home start, 8am - 3pm school, 3pm - 8pm home.

Pay rate- $30-$35 per hour

Skills needed- G-tube

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders

• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.

• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.

• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.

• Current BLS card.

• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
