Job Description

Summary

Loss Mitigation Processor is responsible for processing

servicing loan documents, in digital format, and loading them into the document

management system to optimize business processes while meeting regulatory

requirements and customer care needs.

Essential Job Functions

• Responsible for digitally combining packages and checking image for quality and accuracy.

• Responsible for identifying correct borrower loan number and cross-reference by name, address, phone number, social security number or email address in LoanServ and Valeri.

• Load document images to electronic document

repository database - EDMS and accurately categorize/index.

• Aid in the disposition of documents process.

• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Must Have :

• Loss Mitigation in a recent job title

• 2+ years of Loss Mitigation Experience

• Experience needs to be recent and relevant.

• Able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.

• Experience with document scanning and indexing.

• Proficient in Excel, Adobe Acrobat.

• Knowledge of various file formats.
