    Surveillance Logistics team is seeking a logistics specialist to serve on the Pack/Ship team onsite in McKinney, TX. This individual is responsible for processing documentation and shipping of commercial and government owned assets in accordance with Defense Contract Management Agency Transportation rules and regulations. The candidate selected will perform a wide array of duties from customer service, collaborating with peers and internal customers, SAP processes, and verifying accuracy of documentation for outbound shipments.

    What You Will Do

    • Ensure logistics activities comply with required regulations and safety standards

    • Establish and maintain customer relationships

    • Work with Pack/Ship and Raytheon customers to verify documentation and hardware

    • Utilize logistics data to identify and resolve issues, and make informed data driven decisions

    • Execute SAP (APEX & PRISM) processes, PRISM and outbound shipments

    • Review authorizations for shipment in Wide Area Workflow Receiving Reports, DD1149s and DD1348s

    • Accountable to and knowledgeable of the government's rules and regulations specified in the Defense Transportation Regulations, Military freight traffic unified rules publication and others

    • Coordinate and monitor workflow and reprioritize activities in assigned areas to improve upon service level commitment.

    • Ability to work additional hours and occasional Saturdays

    • Able to lift to 28 lbs. independently.

    Qualifications You Must Have

    • Minimum 2 years in a logistics and/or transportation related role

    • Experience shipping Military assets using government shipping software systems

    • Experience with Microsoft office suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required. ~~~ Skills:

    • Experience working with Government Furnished Material (GFM)

    • Use of SAP

    • Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) and Defense Transportation Regulations experience

    • Import/Export Compliance

    The salary range for this role is 55,000 USD - 107,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

    This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
