What's a typical day as a Logistics Maintenance Coordinator? You'll be:

• Managing records maintenance and ensuring accuracy of data elements.

• Performing daily tracking and tracing of rail fleet equipment, maintaining and documenting data in rail tracking systems.

• Communicating with railroads to provide thorough management of jeopardized and at-risk cars with service issues.

• Understanding the basic principles of rail fleet management to ensure movements are commercially acceptable.

• Interface with rail maintenance team to manage related issues and drive process improvements.

• Understanding and abiding by the rules/requirements of rail regulatory activity.

• Assisting in documenting and pursuing claims against railroads.

• Establishing relationships with railroads, facilities, and partnering business units to best service all parties.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you

• Have asset management experience in related fields (preferred).

• Have knowledge of supply chain management.

• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Have exceptional interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.

• Have advanced computer and math skills.
