    Summary

    It is the responsibility of the Logistics Coordinator to supervise and coordinate activities of production workers, while performing the same subordinate duties. Professionally interacts with customers, team members, and third-party vendor/partner representatives to provide the highest level of service excellence.

    This position will support our Event & Exhibit Services team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or show site based out of Mohave Valley, AZ.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    • Interpret specifications and job orders to crordinators, and assigns duties

    • Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules

    • Projects work schedules, estimates worker hours requirements for completion of job assignments

    • Perform duties while supervising the following duties:

    • Shipping schedule updates

    • Order processing

    • Show support schedule updates

    • Trailer recaps

    • Update data through our Enterprise Inventory System

    • Oversees and dispatch all work performed

    • Perform activities of Logistics coordinator

    • Works with warehouse management team to improve processes and service

    • Maintain communication with both the fillfilment center/warehouse and supporting branch

    • Perform other duties as assigned

    • Expected to train Logistics coordinators on a continual basis

    • Expected to work in other departments as business demands dictate

    • Expected to adapt to working schedule (hours and job demand)

    Education & Experience

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

    • 3+ years of trade show, warehouse operations and/or related experience is required.

    • Understanding of office software applications including but not limited to email, Microsoft office platforms.

    • Must have ability to complete online reports, printing, posting, running inquiries and data entry.
