Loan Processor - Support

Description

We are on the lookout for a diligent Loan Processor to join our client's team. In this role, you will primarily handle loan processing. Your responsibilities will include maintaining customer credit records, processing credit applications, and resolving customer inquiries. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process customer loan applications

• Ensure customer records are maintained accurately and updated as necessary

• Efficiently resolve any customer inquiries that may arise

• Monitor customer accounts regularly and take appropriate action when needed

• Work with a proprietary software for most tasks, with some use of Salesforce

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

• Use skills like About Time, Appraisals, and Closing Processes for efficient loan processing

• Demonstrate excellent team-oriented personality and communication skills.

Requirements

• Proficiency in using Automated Underwriting Systems is essential.

• Capable of efficient Data Processing and management.

• Knowledge of 'About Time' software is beneficial.

• Experience in handling Appraisals in a loan processing environment is expected.

• Familiarity with Closing Processes in a financial setting is necessary.

• Excellent Communication skills are essential for interaction with clients and team members.

• A strong understanding of Compliance and regulatory standards in loan processing is required.
