  • Are you looking for an entry level position within Commercial Real Estate?

    In this position you will be responsible for coordinating the review and approval of Insurance for the Commercial Term Lending portfolio. Responsible for the daily management of insurance pipeline to ensure that commercial real estate loans are insured according to departmental and bank policy and procedures. Work is performed under limited to no supervision with full responsibility for managing multiple tasks. Candidate must escalate appropriate situations to Supervisor/Manage

    Job responsibilities -

    • Be an insurance subject matter expert for our business partners

    • Work with insurance agents, review and approve insurance in accordance with the current requirements

    • Pipeline/Workflow management with an average pipeline of 45-75 active items

    • Demonstrate creative problem solving and solid judgment/decision making

    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills -

    • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a team environment under high pressure situations

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Ability to report results in a clear, concise manner at the appropriate level

    • Self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize goals to meet objectives, work under pressure, and multi-task in a dynamic environment

    • Highly detail oriented, with excellent research, problem-solving, and analytical skills

    • Strong client focus and ability to partner with various internal and external groups

    • Possess a solutions-oriented mindset

    Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills -

    • Minimum 3-5 years of property and casualty experience, including Property Coverage , Windstorm, Seismic, Environmental, Terrorism and Liability is preferred; comparable professional experience will be considered
