  • Job Description:

    This position is responsible for performing general housekeeping tasks to maintain the facility and associated buildings in a sanitary, safe, and attractive condition and to meet hospital and Joint Commission standards.

    Scope

    As a Linen Tech you need to know how to

    Take accurate inventory counts to all deliverable units, build linen carts that reflect counts and distribute linen to deliverable units in a timely manner.

    Accurately weigh in and out all hospital owned linen, mops, etc. and record weights in a timely manner.

    Deliver on demand requested linen as needed.

    Safely operate motor vehicle and comply with driver requirements as defined in Intermountain Health Systems Driver Safety Policy.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Current, valid, class appropriate Colorado Drivers License, required.

    • High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.

    • Prior housekeeping or comparable experience, preferred.

    The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

    $16.83 - $21.88
