    As the Lincoln Social Comms & Strategy Manager your role is to lead all aspects of Lincoln social communications including influencer/ambassador programs.

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Content and Platform Strategy Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated social media content that aligns with the overall brand strategy and drives engagement. This individual will play a key role in championing a strategy, executing a plan for both content creation and management. In addition, this candidate will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies, managing multiple brand ambassador teams, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance Lincoln's brand presence in market.

    Position is located in Dearborn, MI and travel is expected (less than 20%) to support responsibilities.

    What you'll do....

    • Create and execute a unified social media strategy to supporte key business objectives.

    • Craft compelling content that tells our brand's story, engages our audience, and sparks conversations.

    • Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.

    • Evaluate key metrics and adjust our social strategy as needed.

    • Create and manage a content calendar that aligns with company initiatives and campaigns.

    • Engage with our community by responding to comments and messages in a manner that reflects our brand's voice.

    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and execute influencer/ambassador marketing campaigns.

    • Identify and recruit influencers and brand ambassadors who resonate with Lincoln's target audience and brand values.

    • Manage and nurture relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and other external partners to ensure successful marketing initiatives.

    • Oversee the planning and execution of events, sponsorships, and other activities involving influencers and brand ambassadors.

    • Measure and analyze the performance of influencer and ambassador activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

    • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to drive innovation in influencer and ambassador marketing.

    You'll Have..

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

    • 5+ years of experience in social media management or related field.

    • Experience working in the Luxury market.

    Even better, you may have:

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.

    • Strategic thinker skilled at transforming brand objectives into impactful social media strategies.

    • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.

    • Experience as a Social Media Manager.

    • Experience working with advertising agency.

    • Hands-on experience in integrated content production.
