    Our client a leading insurance company located in The Woodlands, TX, is seeking a talented Licensing and Contracting Manager who can utilize their extensive experience in the annuity and life insurance industry to drive our company's growth objectives. You will serve as a mentor and motivator, leading by example to cultivate a dynamic, team-oriented, performance-driven insurance team.

    Responsibilities

    Manage daily operations of the insurance team

    Coach and train insurance associates

    Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency

    Resolve escalated customer service issues or conflicts

    Make use of extensive knowledge of annuity and life insurance to drive sales and profitability

    Leverage tech-savviness to enhance overall operational efficiency

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree with at least 5+ years of experience in the annuity and/or life insurance industry

    At least 5+ years of management experience

    Excellent communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills

    Proven track record of leading a high-performing team

    A mentality that values servant leadership

    Advanced tech skills to drive efficiency and performance

    A strong commitment to customer service excellence

    Requirements - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

    • Demonstrated experience in Auditing

    • Strong Customer Service skills

    • Knowledge of Life Insurance processes

    • Understanding of Annuities

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    • Strong organizational and time management skills

    • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

    • Relevant certification or degree in Accounting or related field

    • Willingness to continually update skills and knowledge in the field of Auditing.
