Licensed Practical Nurse? Long Term Care

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse - Long Term Care to work at a facility in Sioux Falls , SD. These are registry positions with our company.

Shift: 6:00am - 6:30pm

Rate: $36/ hour traveler's rate

Description: Must have SD license to apply, every other weekend, can take RN, 13 weeks, Local Rates apply within 80 miles, Every other weekend rotation,

Job Summary

This position provides care to assigned residents in a caring, safe and efficient manner and is responsible to perform the following according to

location standards, procedures and individualized resident care plans.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Assures medications and treatments are administered to assigned residents following nursing standards of practice. Updates care plan as

needed.

Basic Responsibilities

This position will be held accountable for complying with all related laws, regulations, company policies and procedures pertaining to his or her

position and for fulfilling his or her obligations under the organization's corporate compliance program.

Qualifications

Education Experience

Licensure Certification: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Licensure for state of practice is required. BLS

Skills/Abilities: Basic ability to communicate and comprehend; ability to measure and comprehend certain quantities;

knowledge of basic nursing skills; knowledge and familiarity with the therapeutic effects and side effects of all

medications administered.
