    Job Summary and Qualifications

    Coordinates all assessments ordered by ER physicians or attending physicians concerning psychiatric or substance abuse problems. Performs age-specific mental health assessments on potential clients and refers to appropriate areas.

    •  Provides crisis assessments in med/surg hospitals
    •  Participates in the assessment process
    •  Coordinates, implements and completes transfer or referral process
    •  Serves as a liaison between physicians, patients/family and the hospital
    •  Accurately maintains files, logs and reports as requested or required
    •  Provides crisis intervention for all age groups
    •  Adheres to hospital policies and procedures
    •  Demonstrates an understanding of and adherence to the Code of Conduct
    •  Conduct reflects the Company’s values and a commitment to the Code of Conduct
    •  Performs other duties as requested or required

    What qualifications you will need:

    • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
    • Satori Alternatives Manag Aggr must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
    • Masters Degree
    • Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Lic Pro Counselor Intern, or Registered Nurse, or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Lic Pro Counselor Associate - REQUIRED
