Our client has a brand new opportunity for a Level 2 Technician to join their team onsite in Fort Worth, TX. This will be a 3 month contract position and this resource will provide technical support to internal or external customers and resolve complex or escalated technology issues on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment. They will also be responsible for the day-to-day operation of applications and equipment and serve as customer contact on technical and service-related problems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform desktop support, troubleshooting of scanners and printers, and work on MSP wireless devices and support the ERP

• Support a Windows shop including O365, Dynamics NRV / ERP, equipment networking such as add a printer, new hires, password resets, laptop swap out, and ensure security software is up and running

• Troubleshoot Outlook issues and walk end user through fixing it

• Reset Active Directory and assist with connecting to the network

• Responsible for the server room, bar code scanners, firewall support, wireless access

• Provide firewall support and will be hands and feet for Engineering team and site

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of end user support experience and troubleshooting computer problems

• Working knowledge of O365 and Microsoft Office application suite, including MS Outlook

• Able to communicate effectively both written and verbally with key stakeholders, leadership, partners, team members, and customers

• Must be able to work independently and require little guidance

• CompTIA A+ certification is a plus
