    We have a brand-new opportunity for a Level 1 Support Technician to join our client's team onsite in Atlanta, GA. This Technician will identify and troubleshoot technical issues.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Minimum 1 to 3+ years of related desktop experience (deskside and walk-up support)

    • Ticketing Systems (Service Now / Remedy / ConnectWise)

    • Windows / Mac experience

    • Windows 11 OS - Navigating and troubleshooting

    • Microsoft Intune - Managing users and devices

    • Office 365 experience - troubleshooting

    • Okta - Configuring and troubleshooting

    • SSO (Single Sign On) - troubleshooting

    • Proficiency in GPO (Group Policy Objects)

    • Apple / Mac - troubleshooting experience, IP address, keyboard shortcuts (experience preferred / base level required)

    • Must be able to work independently
