Under limited supervision, provides a deep understanding of technical products and services along with a strong capability to translate complex information into simplified and professional content. The position will require working closely with various customers & analysts to resolve technical issues through contact methods such as phone calls, emails, voicemails, chats, and callbacks. Ability to handle multiple interactions at once, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills -Helpdesk, Active Directory, Microsoft Office, Communication / Customer Service

Job Duties -Provide assistance to end users that require guidance with issues.

Throughout shift work towards continuous improvement.

Take escalation calls when required from the customers or standard analyst.

Job Requirements -A strong customer focus is required, this position includes frequent interaction with associates at all levels of the organization

Desired Skills & Experience -ITSM systems such as ServiceNow, Bomgar, Active Directory, Citrix, Basic hardware troubleshooting
