  • Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Lenel Security Systems Engineer to join their team. As a Lenel Security Systems Engineer , you will be part of the TCOO organization supporting the Physical Security Team . The ideal candidate will have technical expertise , problem-solving skills , and collaborative experience , which will align successfully with the organization.

    Lenel Security Systems Engineer

    Location:

    Charlotte, NC or Chandler, AZ (Hybrid)

    What's the Job?

    1. Participate in complex technical issues and initiatives related to large-scale physical security systems, including Lenel software and access control devices.

    2. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, identifying opportunities for process improvements and creating standard databases for security systems.

    3. Analyze technical queries and present recommendations to resolve issues with physical security systems and applications.

    4. Support internal stakeholders by providing information on technical processes, updates, and system performance.

    5. Contribute to system upgrades, particularly migrating from Lenel 7.6 to 8.2, and integrate new biometric access control systems (e.g., facial recognition).

    What's Needed?

    1. Experience with Physical Access Control System Software Administration , preferably with Lenel or AMAG.

    2. 2+ years of experience creating, resolving, and closing Incident and Problem tickets in a web-based ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).

    3. Experience in Biometric Access Control Systems , such as fingerprint or facial recognition technology.

    4. Ability to integrate key management systems with physical access control systems .

    5. Certification in Lenel or similar physical security platforms is a plus.
