Our client, a Mid-Sized Downtown Denver Law Firm is seeking an intake specialist with 2 plus years of law firm and customer service experience. Responsibilities associated with this full-time position include customer service, client intakes, calendaring, drafting routine correspondence, case management, and other duties as assigned by attorneys and paralegals. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and organizational skills, be able to work independently and as a team member, and communicate effectively with co-workers, attorneys, and clients. Strict attention to detail, a professional demeanor, and a strong work ethic are essential. Requirements - Possession of a minimum of three years of experience as a Legal Assistant

• Proficiency in Case Management Software

• Familiarity with CompuLaw

• Ability to handle Billing Functions

• Proficiency in Calendar Management

• Strong Client Relations skills

• Excellent Communication skills

• Experience with Customer Contracts

• Ability to handle Client Communications

• Experience with Client Conversations

• Proficiency in Client Intake

• Ability to conduct Conflicts Checks

• Experience in Coordinating Schedules

• Familiarity with Calendaring
