Robert Half is partnering with a boutique law firm in Tacoma, WA looking for a Legal Receptionist to jump in and help assist their team! They are looking to start someone IMMEDIATELY who is able to bring great energy to a tight knit team!

Responsibilities

• Administering front desk operations and ensuring a smooth workflow.

• Handling incoming phone calls and redirecting them as necessary.

• Greeting clients in a detail-oriented manner, providing a positive first impression of our establishment.

• Managing email correspondences, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.

Requirements

• 1+ YOE as a receptionist or administrator in a law firm

The salary range for this position is $20-23/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
