    POSITION DESCRIPTION

    POSITION TITLE: Teacher of French - Leave Replacement

    NATURE AND SCOPE OF POSITION:

    We are seeking a skilled and passionate Middle School French Leave Replacement Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing lesson plans, instructing students, assessing student progress, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure student success.

    ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

      Strong foundational background knowledge in World Language - French
      2. Valid NJ French certificate is required.

      ESSENTIAL FUNCTION OF POSITION:
      1. Ability to work effectively with staff, parents, community members, and students to maintain and strengthen sound human relations for the improvement of the school program.
      2. Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of students.
      3. Use a variety of teaching methods and techniques to engage and challenge students.
      4. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that student needs are being met and to promote student success.
      5. Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

      Qualified candidates must have strong collaborative, planning and performance assessment skills; be knowledgeable in a variety of teaching strategies and a demonstrated ability to work harmoniously in a multicultural, diverse community.
