    Job Description

    ??The Learning Operations Lead supports the Learning team and AEI by owning the administration of multiple learning system platforms and training logistics to ensure personnel have required training plans and supplemental material in support of regulatory requirements, business processes, and talent development.?

    • Strategic partner with businesses leaders, Learning team leaders, and functional stakeholders in establishing required training plans and associated assignments to AEI personnel.

    • Able to translate strategy into operations and manage multiple changing priorities.

    • Leads and owns the administration of multiple learning platforms and associated system requirements. Accountable to develop and implement the operational strategy to drive execution and support. Oversees system upgrades and enhancements in alignment to the overall strategic objective to ensure accessibility and usability to drive operational excellence.

    • Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional policies and procedures. Primary representative for training requirements during regulatory inspections and audits

    • Effectively leads a high performing team in support of the learning operations strategy and vision.

    • Ensure quality documents, learning programs and LMS curricula are aligned with the strategic objectives of AEI.

    • Identify, develop, and execute tools and processes to monitor and evaluate the compliance and effectiveness of the learning curriculum in alignment to business objectives.

    • Effectively identify and communicate training compliance metrics to Sr Leadership and associated stakeholders. Effectively anticipate and mitigate potential issues and concerns.

    • Establish networks and relationships within and across functions to define learning system strategies and status of learning compliance within the organization.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in learning/development, adult education or project management field. Advanced degree is preferred.

    • Must have 5+ years of experience in learning and development. Previous people management experience required.

    • Proven knowledge of system design and implementation, including functional and non-functional requirements, user interface design, integrations, data management, testing and transition to operations of learning management systems.

    • Demonstrates analytical and critical thinking skills. Able to translate strategy into action and lead through changing priorities.

    • Demonstration of successful coaching/mentoring in a matrix environment.

    • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues, to develop relevant and realistic recommendations and plans, and to drive projects to consistently meet deadlines.

    • Possesses good communication skills and demonstrated leadership abilities and problem solving skills.

    • Familiarity with systems operations and excellent planning, organizational and time management skills, including the ability to support and prioritize multiple projects, both working independently and within a team.
