    Purpose of Role

    The Lead for Americas Strategy team is an exciting and unique opportunity to help develop strategic vision and future for the Americas business unit at Under Armour. This role will use creativity, research, and structured thinking in this role: competitive analysis, financial modeling, and project management. The Lead will collaborate and partner with key stakeholders across the organization including Direct to Consumer and Sales to drive projects critical to our Americas Strategy.

    Your Impact

    • Support Americas Leadership team in driving strategic projects, development of long-range strategy, and project management of key initiatives

    • Lead from a project management perspective initiatives that deliver against our strategy

    • Drive project initiatives through scheduling, setting agenda, assigning work, and holding workstreams accountable to deliverables

    • Support the ALT and project with analytics and insights to help drive overall strategy

    • Support ALT and project with powerpoint development and story-telling

    • Drive the framework development and analysis to answer these questions

    • Plan, prepare content for project check-ins including status updates, where we last off, next steps, and work to be done

    • Perform on-going analysis of our business performance including internal results and external market share

    Qualifications

    • Strong analytical skills

    • Skill in working with and influencing senior level leadership

    • Excellent presentation and slide building skill

    • Project management skills

    • Action oriented player who is comfortable driving projects independently, with senior guidance

    • Ability to facilitate relations between business units and departments

    • Work under pressure quickly, effectively and efficiently

    • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential

    • Can conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

    • 10+ years required

    • Ideal to have 1-2 years management consulting experience

    Workplace Location

    • Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore office.

    • Return to Work Designation: 3 days week in-office, the remainder of work week remote.

    • Travel: 5-10%

    Relocation

    • Relocation may be provided up to a specified amount

    Base Compensation

    $108,996.00 - $149,868.40 USD

    Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
