    KPMG is currently seeking a Lead Specialist Program Management to join our Tax Ignition organization.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the launch and full lifecycle of a complex, cross-functional program in the emerging tech space while working closely with key stakeholders, including national, global, and service leaders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and business objectives

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive program strategy, including defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics

    • Define and articulate the long-term vision for the program, while developing short-term plans that enable the achievement of objectives

    • Implement processes in support of the Technology Project/Program Management work area's overall strategy

    • Apply robust tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitor program progress, performance, and outcomes

    • Manage the program budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial constraints

    Qualifications

    • Minimum five years of recent experience in program or project management, preferably working with emerging technologies and/or large change management efforts

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred

    • Proven record of success launching and executing large-scale programs

    • Demonstrated ability to navigate rapidly changing environments; candidates must be builders and highly agile; a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a must

    • Experience working with senior stakeholders and management with the proven capability to self-direct and prioritize constantly evolving workload

    • Experience creating formal program management deliverables / reports
