    About The Job

    AT&T is seeking a talented Lead Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and delivery of our custom Learning Management System, Personalized Learning Experience. This application supports over 300,000 employees and contractors across AT&T. As a full-stack developer, you will have an immediate impact on the system's development and overall success.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Full-Stack Development: Lead the development of both front-end and back-end components of the Learning Management System.

    • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of new features and enhancements.

    • Iterative Development: Utilize an iterative delivery approach to continuously improve the application.

    Required Skill Set

    • 5+ years Java experience : Proficiency in Java for back-end development

    • Angular: Experience with Angular for front-end development.

    • Database Technologies: Familiarity with Oracle and SQL databases.

    • Work Process Tools: Proficiency with LeanKit, Jira, ADO, or similar tools.

    • Iterative Delivery: Experience with iterative delivery approaches.

    Desired Skill Set

    • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe): Experience with SAFe methodologies.

    • Containerization Technologies: Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker.

    • Bachelors Degree

    This hybrid position requires a minimum of three days of office presence per week. The role is limited to the locations specified in the posting, and full-time remote work options are not offered.

    Our Lead Software Engineering, earns between $143,800.00-$215,800.00 USD Annual, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
