Lead IT Analyst

Description

Our client is hiring for a Lead IT Systems Administrator who has experience handling escalation issues and working with VMware as well as end users. You will be handling issues from tier 1 to system administration tasks. This is a position where you will be mentoring help desk technicians when able to and working with the HQ co-workers on any issues you cannot fix yourself.

If you have previous experience in schools or working for a MSP, that is preferred.
