    AT&T is currently seeking a Lead Human Resources Business Partner who will be based in the vibrant Discovery District in downtown Dallas. As an HR Business Partner, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, problem solver, project manager, influencer, collaborator, and much more. You'll partner with your clients through specific HR initiatives including compensation, employee engagement, talent reviews, organizational design and more, delivering ongoing strategic advice, tactical support and guidance across the HR landscape. You'll bring your key knowledge and expertise along with the ability to effectively lead and drive for results at times, offering training and mentorship to colleagues with less experience.

    What will you do?

    • Provides consultation to Senior Leaders and their organizations delivering strategic Human Resource services support.

    • Analyzes, researches, and conducts complex analysis of data, contributes expertise recommending solutions on assigned projects.

    • Acts as a team lead and/or project manager for various HR initiatives in support of business unit and/or HR objectives and goals.

    • Develops and executes HR processes and solutions in support of achieving business objectives.

    • Collaborate with partners, including Centers of Excellence, to support the business unit and/or HR objectives and goals, driving towards common cross-business unit processes and solutions.

    • Promote and support employee engagement and advance our culture through effective strategic HR collaboration.

    • Conduct complex analysis of employee and business unit performance to help determine progress toward established goals and objectives.

    • Creates and shares best practices for the HRBP role and for Business Unit clients.

    What does it take to join the team?

    • 5 -7+ years of related HR experience or 1 -3 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree.

    • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Communications, Business Administration, or another related field is preferred.

    • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

    • Excellent Communication, collaboration and relationship building skills.

    • Executive presence and willingness to act boldly and confidently.

    • A proactive collaborator who partners with others and leverages team strengths to achieve goals.

    • Ability to pivot quickly and work under deadlines.

    • Able to work autonomously and exercise independent judgement with minimal supervision.

    $106,100.00 - $178,200.00
