    Here within Oracle's Health Consulting organization, we are looking for our next Engagement Executive to join our consulting team focusing on population health strategies on Indian Health Service! As a Lead Engagement Executive, you will lead strategy and accountability for highly complex, client programs. You will mitigate and resolve engagement risks proactively and serve as final point of escalation. This role will allow you to lead cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to execute client and methodology vision, objectives, and strategy. In scope will be to provide executive oversight for engagements so that project deliverables and timelines are met while ensuring value is delivered to the client as committed. Finally, you will be accountable for external C-suite level client relationships as well as manage complex client and project team matters.

    Responsibilities

    Basic Qualifications:

    • At least 10 years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education including:

    • At least 3 years of healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, project/program management, client relationship management and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience work experience

    • At least 7 years of completed higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job

    • Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position

    • Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree

    • Project Management Professional (PMP) - Project Management Institute (PMI)

    • Lean Six Sigma Certification - International Association for Six Sigma Certification

    • Oracle Cerner Consulting Methodology Project Experience

    Expectations:

    • Must be willing to travel up to 50% as needed

    • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to an already virtually approved location

    • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

    • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position

    • Perform other responsibilities as assigned

    Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

    US: Hiring Range: from $87,000 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

    Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

    Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

    8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
