    What you'll do:

    The Lead Dental Assistant is DAANCE certified individual responsible, conversant with the oral and dental assistant role, who has accountability for the day to day back-office operations in a designated patient care area. Compliance with all regulatory groups to ensure safe, ethical, and quality patient/family centered-care. The lead assistant promotes MAGIS behavior within the organization and patient care area; and supports various health system-sponsored programs.

    What you'll need for this job:

    • High School Diploma required plus training acquired through work experience.

    • 3-5 years of previous job-related experience.

    • 1-2 years of managerial experience.

    • CPR/BLS - American Heart Association

    • DAANCE/DANB required
