    CVS Health is seeking a Lead Decision Scientist to join our team. As a Lead Decision Scientist, Web and Digital Analytics, you will drive the next level of growth with CVS Health with a bold new approach to total health; a national direct to consumer healthcare brand reaching millions of prospects and members.

    Additionally, you will leverage data analytics to gain deep knowledge of the customer experience, use data and analytics to optimize marketing campaigns, and develop strategies through insights to attract new members and keep our current ones happy and healthy. As a key member of the team, you will bridge the marketing strategy and technical deployment of many different consumer and member journeys across multiple digital touchpoints.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the analysis of web behavior and conversion data using advanced digital measurement tools (including Adobe Customer Journey Analytics)

    • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase traffic, enhance user engagement, and improve conversion rates

    • Develop, launch, measure, and report on A/B and multi-variate tests to improve website performance across key indicators

    • Analyze and optimize paid media traffic through website

    • Assist in mining data for insights and performance improvement opportunities to continually enhance consumer and member journeys

    • Partner with the tag management team to ensure interaction data is tracked by our web analytics tools, as well as deployment of technology to optimize all aspects of a customer's experience

    • Engage with marketing stakeholders to understand go-to-market plans and support marketing strategies with data driven insights

    • Manage multiple projects using excellent time management and planning skills to ensure on time deployment and high-quality results

    • Utilize effective data storytelling techniques to create presentations and content that easily communicates answers to complex problems in a clear and compelling way

    • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure CVSHremains at the forefront of digital marketing best practices

    Required Technical Qualifications:

    • 7+ years of relevantanalytics experience

    • 5+ years of experience with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics)

    • 3+ years of relevant technical experience with an emphasis on writing technical documentation for web analytics, marketing analytics, and cx analytics tool

    Required Business Qualifications:

    • Directto consumer marketing experience in a digital first business

    • High proficiency in web analytics and optimization

    • Strong knowledge of Adobe Customer Journey Analytics or Adobe Analytics required

    • Knowledge of broader Adobe stack preferred (Experience Platform, Launch, WebSDK,Target, etc.)

    • Experience with Liveramp for audience syndication or measurement a plus

    • Demonstrated expertise in A/B testing and other optimization methodologies

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to senior leadership

    • In-depth knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media, programmatic media, email marketing, and content marketing

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

    • Analyzing large data sets from multiple data sources; SQL programming language. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related discipline.

    • Master's degree preferred

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is

    $136,217.50 - $267,800.00

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
