Position Overview:
We are in urgent need of a Care Lead in Benton Harbor, MI to provide leadership and ensure the delivery of excellent patient care. As a Care Lead, you will oversee a team of caregivers, ensuring they have the training, resources, and support needed to succeed. Essential Duties:

• Lead a team of caregivers in delivering personalized care to patients
• Monitor patient health and adjust care plans accordingly
• Provide guidance, training, and support to caregiving staff
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
• Maintain patient records, ensuring HIPAA compliance
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
• Resolve any concerns or challenges that arise promptly

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in caregiving, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
• In-depth knowledge of patient care, healthcare standards, and regulations
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Certifications in caregiving (CNA, HHA, or similar) preferred
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and focused on patient outcomes
