Job Description

LRS Consulting Services is seeking a Lead AEM Engineer for a remote contract opportunity with our research client in Chicago, IL!

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust and scalable solutions using Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service.

• Implement AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations to deliver seamless digital experiences.

• Integrate Adobe Campaign with AEM and other relevant systems to create personalized and targeted marketing campaigns.

• Develop custom workflows and connectors to optimize the use of Adobe Campaign for marketing automation.

• Lead code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to maintain high-quality code.

• Identify and address performance bottlenecks in AEM and Adobe Campaign implementations.

• Optimize code and configurations for improved system efficiency.

• Create technical documentation, including design documents, code documentation, and best practice guides.

• Provide training and knowledge transfer to junior developers and team members.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to ensure successful project delivery.

• Act as a subject matter expert in Adobe technologies, offering guidance and support.

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on development experience in Adobe Experience Manager, with 3+ years recent experience in a Lead role

• Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and related technologies.

• Experience with front-end development using HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)

• Familiarity with cloud-based development and deployment (esp., AEM as a Cloud Service) is a plus.

• Experience with Adobe Campaign is a plus.

• Adobe certifications in AEM is a plus.

• Knowledge of Algolia or related tools is a plus.

• Candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer

Colorado Pay Range

20 - 125/per Hour
