    Overall Purpose: This role is pivotal in driving the analytics strategy and ensuring the successful adoption of digital tools and technologies across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, data modelling, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for enhancing digital experience

    • Analytics Strategy Development:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive analytics strategy to support digital transformation initiatives.

    • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of digital adoption efforts.

    • Data Collection and Analysis:

    • Gather and analyze data from various digital platforms to provide insights and recommendations.

    • Utilize advanced analytics tools and techniques to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

    • Reporting and Visualization:

    • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate analytics findings and digital adoption progress to stakeholders.

    • Present data-driven insights to senior management and recommend strategies for improvement.

    • Continuous Improvement:

    • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in analytics and digital technologies.

    • Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance digital adoption and improve overall efficiency.

    Education: Preferred Masters degree from an accredited University in a Quantitative field of study such as Data Science, Math, Statistics, Engineering or Physics.

    Experience: Typically requires 5-8 years' experience.

    Supervisory: No.

    Location: Dallas, TX & Atlanta, GA

    Must be located in primary locations - Relocation assistance is not available.

    Our Lead Advanced Analytics, earn between $116,700 - $196,100 USD. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
