Compensation Range (Washington Only)
$33.35 - $41.00 (depending on experience)

Laborers have general responsibility to provide support and assistance to the other skilled crafts working on the project. Laborers provide support for the form carpenters and for the concrete operation in general, ironworkers/rodbusters involved in installing reinforcing steel, and masons involved in the installation of block and brickwork. This is a safety sensitive position.
High School Diploma or GED.
Valid Driver's License.
Housekeeping
Garbage maintenance and upkeep
Temporary perimeter fence/security/appearance setup, maintenance and upkeep
SWPPP maintenance and upkeep
Water intrusion control setup and maintenance
Temporary building envelope protection setup and maintenance
Hole protection setup and maintenance
Guardrail protection setup and maintenance
Misc. safety setup and maintenance
Material management and organization
Material delivery unloading/loading
Ability to safely maneuver up and down, and across multiple building levels, stairs and jobsite
Ability to manually lift up to 50lbs
Ability to work the jobsite work hours of a 4-10 schedule and available to work Friday's if scheduled
Preferred Qualifications
Experienced in construction layout, blueprint reading and shop drawing reading.
OSHA 10 Certification.
CPR & First Aid Certification.
