Lab Tech

Our client, North America's largest wastewater treatment facility, is seeking a Lab Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have lab experience, along with an associate's degree, which will align successfully in the organization. This is a contract 2 hire position!

Job Title: Lab Technician

Location: Detroit, Michigan

Pay Range: $18-$25/hour

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:30am - 7:30pm (or vice versa rotating each quarter), 2 on 3 off, etc. (36-hour work week, followed by a 48-hour work week)

What's the Job?

• Collecting samples of wastewater and performing analysis

• Perform chemical, physical, and lab analysis

• Provide sampling, data analysis, and equipment testing

• Provide regulatory reporting, along with QA/QC activities

Required Education and Experience

• Associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university with a major in chemistry, engineering, or related science

• Valid Michigan Driver's License
