  • Position : Knowledge Integrator

    Location : Honolulu, HI

    Job Purpose:

    This specialist is responsible for the development and documentation of new and revised processes for sales and service channels. The purpose of this role is to combine support documentation with performance improvement solutions. These combined responsibilities are designed to offer subject matter expertise on products, services, processes, and training content for the pertinent business channel. This specialist will serve as a project manager when needed.

    Essential Functions:

    • 30% - Serves as a Knowledge Coordinator: Create, develop, document, and implement new methods and processes that will maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the supported channels; communicate standards to educate and update our vendors and our internal associates

    • 30% - Process mapping and developing process flows within the Oracle Intelligent Adviser (OIA) system; working with IT on implementation of system integrations into OIA to automate processes, including creating writing business requirements, developing UAT plans, performing and/or leading UAT, and providing support after implementation

    • 25% - Lead problem-solving activities to define problems, assess root causes, design, and test solutions, and implement change leading to desired outcomes

    • 15% - Provide system support and customer escalation support for operations; systems will vary with client group

    Experience:

    • 1 to 2 years of consumer or business system and process knowledge

    • 1 to 2 years of relevant process knowledge or process improvement experience

    • Experience with Project Management

    • Experience in Vendor Management

    • Experience in Training and Development

    Education:

    • Four years of college resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

    • Degree in Engineering or Operations Management preferred

    • Strong analytical/critical thinking skills

    • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills while working with internal and external workgroups

    • Strong conflict and negotiation skills

    • Demonstrated ability to implement and sustain process improvement

    • Understand change management and its impact on the organization (strategic thinking)

    • Excellent planning, organizational, and service orientation skills

    Base Salary Range: $60,000-$84,000
