Key Responsibilities:Operational Management:- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and optimal service.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, placing orders as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure a positive dining experience.
Leadership and Team Management:- Supervise, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and performance feedback.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration.
- Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff members.
Kitchen and Food Quality:- Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and presentation meet the restaurant's standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to maintain consistency in food preparation and service.
- Implement and monitor food safety and sanitation practices.
- Assist in menu planning, development, and execution.
Financial and Administrative Duties:- Monitor and control operational costs, including labor, food, and supplies.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in transactions.

Qualifications:- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the restaurant industry, preferably in a Japanese or Asian cuisine setting.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and kitchen management.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
