In this role, you'll be on the forefront, supporting Apple's direct sales team with the knowledge and tools needed to build meaningful relationships with our K-12 customers. We are looking for a creative and results-driven K-12 Sales Enablement Specialist to join the Strategy, Demand Generation, and Enablement team. This role supports the K-12 business, ensuring the sales team is empowered with innovative tools, training, and activations that improve their ability to deliver value to schools. You'll demonstrate deep K-12 market expertise to develop engaging resources and programs that drive growth for Apple's solutions. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from any location within the US. This role requires up to 25% domestic travel.
Description
In this role, you will: Partner with Apple's direct sales team to develop strategies and assets that promote Apple solutions and drive growth within the K-12 market. Create innovative enablement resources, including videos, toolkits, and training programs, to empower sales teams with the skills to exceed their targets. Stay up-to-date on K-12 trends and market needs, ensuring that Apple's messaging is relevant and aligned with current educational priorities. Collaborate with internal teams, including demand generation and product marketing, to design flawless enablement programs. Deliver training programs through workshops, activations, and field events that inspire sales teams and promote the value of Apple products in education. Support executive briefings and key customer meetings to position Apple as a trusted advisor to K-12 institutions. Develop strong relationships with sales leadership to align enablement efforts with business priorities and opportunities in the education sector.
Minimum Qualifications
Typically requires a minimum of 5+ years experience working directly in or with the K-12 market with a deep understanding of the IT and technical environment.
Expertise in sales enablement strategies with a focus on delivering engaging, creative resources such as videos, activations, and campaigns.
Deep business acumen with ability to develop and implement training programs that elevate the skills of sales teams.
Solid understanding of trends in education technology and the evolving needs of K-12 institutions, especially IT and Technology teams.
Experience working cross-functionally with dynamic teams to align enablement efforts with business objectives.
Proficiency in managing multiple work streams, timelines, and deliverables with exceptional attention to detail.
Experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
