Job Description
The Junior Salesforce Administrator/Analyst will assist with the deployment and ongoing
management of Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud as part of a collaborative team, working alongside
the implementation partner and internal stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone with
foundational Salesforce knowledge who is eager to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
The role will initially be a contract position with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role
based on project needs and performance.
Assist with the configuration and customization of Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, following
guidance from senior team members and consultants.
Support data migration and integration efforts between Salesforce and legacy systems.
Execute testing of Salesforce configurations to ensure proper functionality.
Provide end-user support and help troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Assist in the development of reports and dashboards
Participate in regular project meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks.

Skills and Requirements
1-2 years of experience with Salesforce administration or relevant experience (Nonprofit
Cloud experience preferred).
Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus.
Foundation understanding of Salesforce configuration, including objects, fields,
workflows, and validation rules.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues within the platform.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the Salesforce ecosystem null
