Note: The hourly rate for this position is $44 - $46 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Job Responsibilities:

• Monday - Friday 6 am

• HVAC installation/ Ductwork/Piping in commercial buildings.

• PARKING: Job leaves from the A1 Services shop in Meriden CT

• TOOLS: Tradesperson should have pipe cutters, cutters, pliers, cordless drill.

• All specialty tools provided by employer.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Connecticut Issued SM1 or SM2

• Experience on commercial or residential construction sites

• Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division on the fly

• Have all the tools of your trade on hand and be able to bring them to your jobsite

• Reliable transportation to and from jobsites

• References that will verify your professional skills and experience

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

• Prior experience in the commercial field required

• Prior experience using Standard hand tools required with specialty tools provided by the client. required
