Your Duties:

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
• Utilize CCTV and surveillance equipment to monitor premises.
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the safety of the premises.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and employees.
• Professionally handle conflicts or incidents.
• Assist with emergency response.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when required.

Qualifications:

• Strong conflict management skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or the military is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance techniques is a plus.
• First aid and CPR certification is a plus.
• Must pass MSP Review, medical screening, and lifting requirements.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
