    Primary Duties and Responsibilities
    • Engage people receiving support by providing coaching, feedback, and demonstration of skill development tasks.
    • Drive people to their job and work with people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities.
    • Ensure person is prepared and ready for employment.
    • Provide monitoring, assessment, and support to develop healthy working relationships.
    • Encourage appropriate social interaction.
    • Track person's progress towards goals and objectives.
    • Breaks job duties and assignments into specific steps to promote independence.
    • Maintain accurate records on job coaching services.
    Shift
    • Mon - Fri from 8:30-4:30, but must be able to work flexible hours when needed.
    Requirements
    • Valid Tennessee Driver's License
    • Social Security Card
    • Vehicle Liability Insurance
    • Successful completion of background and reference check

    Successful completion of a drug screen and TB Test
