ITSM Assistant

Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position as an ITSM Assistant, based in Orange, Connecticut, United States. In this role, you will execute processes and procedures vital for maintaining service quality and ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Your focus will be on providing support to our technical team, managing documentation, and communicating updates.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and updating of processes, procedures, and work instructions to align with customer needs and industry standards.

• Participate in the implementation, measurement, and monitoring of established SLAs.

• Generate regular reports on SLA performance and compliance.

• Support the maintenance of service quality and ensure established procedures are adhered to.

• Provide training support to technicians on new procedures and changes to existing ones.

• Communicate updates or new procedures to stakeholders as directed.

• Support the measurement of compliance with service contract terms and assist in preparing necessary information for monthly service billing.

• Assist the IT Asset Manager with supervision or monitoring requests for hardware factories as part of IT asset management. Requirements - Position title: ITSM Assistant

Experience Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an ITSM role

Skill Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook

• Strong communication skills

• Knowledge and experience with ITSM

• Familiarity with ITSM Suite

• Experience with ITSM Tools

• Experience with ITSM Platform

• Understanding of SLAS-ITIL

• Experience with Asset Management

• Knowledge of IT asset management
